Sue Ding, a registered Principal of Harvest-Time Properties, has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1984.
Her career started by chance when she was spotted and recognized by a senior professional Estate Agent, and thereon there was no turning back. Opportunities arose where she had the privilege to assist expatriates, government officials to look for appropriate residences, especially in Ukay Heights, Damansara Heights, Bukit Tunku, Pantai Hills, Bangsar.
In the year 2001, Harvest-Time Properties embarked on marketing Australian Properties to Malaysians, representing Australian Developers. Since then, Sue Ding and her team at Harvest-Time Properties were able to meet the requirements and needs of many happy and satisfied Malaysians owning homes and property investments in Australia, in particular Melbourne.
As of todate, Sue Ding still plays an active part in the local market as well as the Australian Market, not only in the day-to-day running of her firm, but also in the business development and marketing of properties.
A very strong advocate of leadership and communication, she believes that to excel in this market, these are important tools. Besides holding fort at her company, Sue is also the Immediate Past District Director (Peninsular Malaysia) for the term 2015-2016. For this term, as the Immediate Past District Director, she is the fourth ranking top officers of the District, and had the opportunity to facilitate a Leadership Training at the World Toastmasters International Conference in Washington D.C. last August, where member leaders are from different part of the world.
